No. Every order is made and shipped by our team, so there's nothing to buy upfront and nothing to store.
Can our store stay open all year?
Yes. Your store can stay live year-round, or we can open it for a season, an event, or a short fundraising window.

Yes. We can add a donation option so your store supports your school, nonprofit, or cause with every order.
Is there a cost to set up a store?
Every store is custom, so pricing depends on your product lineup and goals. We'll walk you through the options during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect before anything goes live.
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Most orders move from checkout to doorstep in 7 to 14 business days. Timing can shift with order size and complexity, and we'll share a clear timeline when we set up your store.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide to all 50 states, so your people can order from anywhere. Ask about local pickup during your consultation.
What if we don't have a high-resolution logo?
No problem. We'll review and optimize your artwork as part of setup, and we offer design support if your logo needs a full rebuild.
How do you make sure every order looks right?
Every item is hand-inspected by Kim and Kara before it ships. If a stitch or print isn't right, it doesn't leave the shop.
