What is the "East Coast Speed" turnaround time?
Because we produce in-house, most creations move from final proof approval to your porch in 7–14 business days. Complexity and order size may shift this, but we’ll always give you a firm date before we begin.
What if I don't have a high-resolution logo file?
Don’t let a blurry JPG stop you. Our Keen Eye audit includes basic file optimization. If your artwork needs a full rebuild or vectorization, we offer professional design support to ensure the final result is crisp and "keepable."
Can I choose specific brands for my project?
Absolutely. We’ve vetted the industry’s best—from Comfort Colors and Richardson to AS Colour. If you have a specific "canvas" in mind, we can likely source it. If not, we’ll recommend the best substrate for your specific design.
Do you have strict minimum order quantities?
We specialize in boutique small-batches and high-volume corporate runs alike. Minimums vary depending on the production method (e.g., embroidery vs. sublimation vs. screen printing), but we aim to be as flexible as possible for our fellow family businesses.
Where do you ship, and is local pickup an option?
We ship nationwide to all 50 states. While we primarily operate as a shipping studio, we can discuss local pickup arrangements for our neighbors on the East Coast. Just ask during your consultation.
What is the Keen Eye Guarantee?
It means no "bots" are in charge. Every item is hand-inspected by Kim and Kara. If a stitch is off or a print isn't perfect, it doesn't leave our shop. We treat your brand with the same respect we treat our own.
